    Symphia builds an AI customer-experience platform. Our supply chain is concentrated in software, cloud infrastructure, and professional services. We consider these areas to be lower-risk, but we remain vigilant and review relationships on an ongoing basis.

    3. Policies and due diligence

    Our internal policies set clear expectations on ethical conduct and human rights. We carry out proportionate due diligence on key suppliers and require them to comply with applicable anti-slavery laws.

    4. Training and awareness

    We raise awareness among our team about the risks of modern slavery and how to recognize and report concerns. Anyone may report a concern confidentially without fear of retaliation.
